Program Manager

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Program Manager who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role

The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation and evaluation of programs and its associated projects.

What you will need to exceed

• You must have substantial experience and a deep understanding of project management, specifically in planning, developing, and coordinating projects within complex environments.
• You need significant interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• The role requires a strong background in financial analysis to manage project budgets and ensure projects operate within allocated resources.
• You must possess highly developed conceptual and analytical skills to resolve program issues and contribute to organisational service planning

Must have

• Formal qualifications in program management

Desirable

• Experience in working for government
